Sydney East ArtWalk is a community initiative of 20 prominent art galleries and art project spaces and the National Art School, in the area of East Sydney, Darlinghurst and the Cross. This is the first event this year to offer art lovers and those interested in art a great one-afternoon experience showcasing a range of visual artists in a variety of Sydney East galleries.
The ArtWalk is currently organised 4-5 times a year by a small team of galleries with ever increasing new ideas.
It is this kind of local collaborative effort that the Darlinghurst Business Partnership encourages and supports
Note, the DBP does not organise or take any credit for this initiative, it is solely the work and effort of the conveners of the ArtWalk. We just LOVE what they do and fully support this kind of local community activation.
